📋 How to Rent Entire Apartment

1️⃣ Send Your Needs
Message us your destination, dates, budget, and number of guests.
We will send apartment photos & videos to your email for you to choose from, until you are completely satisfied.

2️⃣ Viewing Your Apartment

• Schedule a viewing within 7 days.

• If satisfied, sign the lease online and move in immediately.

• Failure to schedule a viewing within 7 days results in automatic cancellation at no cost.

3️⃣ Check-in
Pay Monthly Rent

Whole apartment rentals start at $750 per month, with prices varying(based on room size/location/conditions).

We charge a $50 service fee​ for check-in processing

4️⃣ Accommodation Registration
Required by Chinese law. Please go to the nearest police station to register your accommodation with your ID, or we can assist you in applying online
